Registration, payment & cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of registration. This can be paid by visa/mastercard by calling (306) 931-7790 , or by cheque made out to Gail Adams School of Art, mailed to Box 1407, Martensville, S0K 2T0.
The balance is due on or before the first day of class.
Class fees, minus the registration deposit, will be refunded if notice of withdrawal is given prior to the first day of class. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will not be processed once classes have begun.
Payments are accepted at the studio by cash, cheque, Visa, Master Card or debit. Any NSF cheques must be replaced by cash for the cheque amount plus a $20.00 administration fee.
Gail Adams School of Art reserves the right to cancel any class in the event of insufficient registration. In the event of cancellation, the registration deposit and any subsequent payments will be refunded in full.
